Vertical separators (Scrubbers) performance can be optimized using advanced Saiptech technologies. Not only will the scrubbers work with high efficiency, but the minimum carryover will guarantee for protection of costly downstream equipment.


 

Inlet device
 

The inlet device is the most critical item in the separation process, as it affects the behavior of the flow in the vessel. Saiptech offers two main types of inlets devices: the Vane Inlet Diffuser and the Inlet Cyclone. New and higher performance designs like the Cyclone Vane are under development.


 

Agglomerator
 

In situations where conditions are demanding (high liquid loading, high operating pressure, small vessel), the use of an agglomerator will ensure sufficient liquid pre-separation and maximize separation efficiency. Saiptech has two different types of agglomerators in its portfolio: The Mesh and Vane Agglomerator
 

Mist Eliminator
 

The final step in the gas-liquid separation process is the removal of fine liquid droplets. Saiptech offers three main types of mist eliminating devices the Mesh, Vane and Cyclone Mist Eliminators. With this portfolio,  Saiptech can design highly efficient Mist Eliminators for a wide range of highly demanding operating conditions.
