Saiptech Wire Gauze Structured Packing for Thermal Unstable Substance, High Efficiency and Vacuum Columns
Invented in early 1960's, Wire Gauze Structured Packing in particular fulfils the special requirements demanded by the fractionation of thermally instable substances under vacuum conditions. This is achieved by a special wire mesh with a capillary effect. The wire mesh has the form of corrugated lamellae and builds up the packing layers. With its low pressure drop and its high fractionation efficiency this type of packing is also very suitable for very low liquid loads.

INNOVIATE HIGH CAPACITY TYPE BX+
A further development of the well proven standard gauze packing. Its geometry is with unique design at conjunction area, the orientation of the corrugation gradually approaches the vertical axis, and vapor flow smoothly changes at the interface between two packing elements. BX + offers the same efficiency as BX with a 20% lower pressure drop. It is recommended for gentle distillation at higher capacity.
